The Tools
Each tool is a module in the app. Once you are signed in, pick any of them from the left sidebar. Here is what each one does.
Wellness Assessment & OS
Start with the quick assessment — blood pressure, sleep, iron, budget, and heritage preferences. Overlay Health turns your answers into personalized vitality metrics and a wellness OS.
Meal Prep & Nutrition
Pick an ancestral pathway (African, Caribbean, or Southern) and generate a culturally-aware weekly meal plan with deterministic nutrition logic.
Movement & Fitness
Run the 52 Blocks, Yoga, and Meditation sessions. Joint diagnostics keep every movement safe for your body and recovery-first.
Botanical & Herbal Index
Browse 100+ heritage remedies with safety-first contraindication checks against your health profile before you use anything.
Health Engine
Feed in your biometrics to unlock epigenetic and metabolic rules that personalize your plan. Guardrails keep every recommendation safe.

Use the sidebar
Every tool lives in the left sidebar once you are signed in. The header shows which module you are in and a “Back to Main” button always returns you to your dashboard.
Take the tour
First time in? A guided tour walks you through each module step by step. You can replay it anytime from the dashboard.
Set up your profile
Tap Settings (top-right) to update your health profile, heritage preferences, and account details. Your profile powers every personalized recommendation.
Sync everywhere
Create a free account and your wellness profile, XP, and streak sync across every device — desktop, tablet, and phone.
Safety first
Everything is educational, not medical advice. Blood-pressure guardrails and contraindication checks appear throughout to keep you safe.
Common Questions
Is Overlay Health free?
Yes. Every module — assessment, meals, fitness, herbal index, health engine, and PureScore — is free to use. No card required.
Do I need an account to use PureScore?
You can scan labels right in your browser without an account. Creating a free Overlay Health account syncs your scan history across devices and in the Android app.
How do I install the PureScore Android app?
Download the APK from the homepage, open the file on your phone, allow “Install unknown apps” from your browser, and launch PureScore. Android 8.0 or newer is required.
