Overlay Health is free, deterministic, and built around your control of your health information.
Only your account identity and wellness progress sync to our database (Supabase): display name, member title, wellness XP, streak, and completed-session count. These are used to sync your progress across devices.
All of your biometrics and health inputs — blood pressure, sleep, iron, joint discomfort, diet, allergies, fitness level, and your selected plan — are saved only in this browser's local storage. They are never sent to our servers. The app sync pushes only identity and progress fields listed above.
The wellness engine is 100% deterministic rules — it uses no third-party AI, advertising, or analytics services. No payment, trial, or card is required to use any feature.
